Specialised Welding Australia is certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Systems for mechanical design and fabrication and operates both fixed and mobile NATA approved valve testing and overhaul facilities under the TVS brand. Having comprehensive design and manufacturing capability alongside experienced high pressure testing facilities provides a unique combination for a single company.
We have a core site operations team with a high level of expertise comprising of Fitters, Boilermakers, Welders, Riggers and experienced supervisors who together can carry out various tasks on site around the APAC region. Our site crew can work back to back round the clock to ensure that shutdowns are carried out as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining a high standard of quality. We are well provided with the correct equipment needed for site work, and expertise to manage your site. SWA has completely fitted out sea containers to allow us to mobilise to site in the shortest amount of time, and still have everything we need to carry out a professional job to the client’s satisfaction.
Through the years Total Valve Services division has developed its own specialisation in Valve Overhaul becoming an independent branch inside SWA.
